1. Communicate. Start somewhere. Ongoing conversation. Talk during less tense moments. Schedule if needed.
2. Schedule intimacy nights. We schedule everything else in our lives. Often intimacy gets whatever time and energy is leftover. This says intimacy is a priority.
3. Simmer. Cultivate intimate energy throughout the day and transfer to your relationship.
4. Choreplay. Equally contribute in house responsibilities. For desire to happen, a woman needs to be in a relaxed state.
5. Touch. Not just in the bedroom. Non- sexual touch throughout the day. 30 second hug, kiss, or back/neck rubs.
