I think a position where I have control over how deep and not overextending my jaw.
Usually that is with my husband standing while I'm on my knees or him lying down while I kneel between his legs.
However some other positions I have enjoyed is having my head hang just over the end of the bed while h stands.
We've also had me lying down while h straddles over me and enter from on top.

I usually get one when I’m laying down and she is adjacent to me so I can reach over and manually stimulate her while I’m receiving.
There is always 69 but that doesn’t last long because each of us are distracted by what we are doing and not concentrating on receiving.
I really like me standing while she is kneeling, but it doesn’t happen very often.

My wife is low desire spouse. Over 10 years ago we agreed to have sex less frequently but that we’d have high quality sex whenever we did—usually monthly. KSS, you mentioned giving oral on your back with your husband straddling you. Is this an easy way for you when he’s in the mood and you’re less into it or does it require as much focus? I’ve heard of this referred to vulgarly as mouth f#%@!ing and have experienced it as foreplay a couple times and once MANY years ago when my wife sort of “let me do whatever” when she was super tired.
