How often do you sleep naked? Does your spouse join you? Do you feel you shouldn't have? The wife and I have been and I feel like we sleep better. That is when the kids don't come in the room and it's like we scramble to get clothes on. Would love to hear other LDS perspective.

I usually sleep with very little anyway (this time of year especially), but I prefer having something on for those unexpected things in the middle of the night. |

We don’t sleep nude. After being intimate we put our garments back on and go to sleep. I have to have pajama bottoms on or my legs sweat and stick together.

We only sleep nude when we are too tired to get dressed after making love in the middle of the night. My wife will get dressed more often than I do, but that’s only because she gets cold easily.

I love sleeping nude. We sleep nude every night. I can't sleep as well or as deep when I have clothes on. It is also something that helps our intimacy.

So, I came to sleep the other night after falling asleep in my chair doing homework. I got into bed and just wanted to sleep naked, so after dealing with my insecurities about what my wife would think about me being nude when she woke, I took all my clothing off and went to sleep. I slept like a baby until I awoke to my wife touching me all over. I have no idea why, but she felt the need to initiate and was touching me all over. It was really nice and completely unexpected. She asked me 20 questions afterward wanting to know why I did it, but I simply stated that I wanted to. I had heard you sleep better and I can confirm I slept well. I woke up even better.
I'll do it again for sure. I don't expect the same results though. I did love sleeping naked though even with my legs sticking together.

I started sleeping nude about 15 years ago. At first it was just to try it and to initiate some sexual fun. Then I found that I enjoyed sleeping nude and I do sleep better it seems like. My wife has started to accept the fact that I do it. She worried about the g issue but well, there are times I wear them to bed. But in the summer I'm sleeping more often nude. She will join me at times but she always gets up during the night and puts on her g's. she just isn't as comfortable without them on. After sex she likes to clean up and so when she gets up and I get up to help, she gets dressed in her g's. I don't always get dressed and many times come back to bed and sleep nude.

I always sleep in the nude. I almost always wake up with a massive throbbing erection and wearing garments was too restrictive and very uncomfortable.
