Although there are sexual disorders that directly affect sex, there are also any number of other health challenges that can cause sexual difficulties. For example, being paralyzed or otherwise being wheelchair bound, chronic pain, cancer, etc.
Do you or your partner have non-sexual health conditions that impact your sex life? What was the health challenge and what impact did or does it have? How did it change your lovemaking?

I haven't experienced these health challenges myself, but have had family experience sexual difficulties after a cancer diagnosis or a major injury.
With the cancer, there is a fear. The spouse goes from sexual lover to caretaker. The one with cancer is often sick, they lose their hair, maybe even lose their breast. It makes it difficult to feel sexual or desirable.
My mom broke both her legs. It was pretty severe. She had to have surgery and was in a wheelchair for a long time. This of course made lovemaking difficult since she couldn't move well or put any pressure on them.
