I find this is one of those topics that requires good communication. Then again, all sexual topics require good communication.
Insofar as clitoral stimulation, I love giving orally until my wife cums on my tongue. This usually happens every time we have sex. There have been a few times when I'll actually grow a little tired and stop and penetrate her; but when I do, she usually asks we to go down on her again. I, of course, gladly consent.

Thank you for sharing. I have not tried the pillows with missionary. I have had some success when I'm on top and tilt forward a bit. Then I make sure my pelvis all the way forward, curving in, and all the way back, curving out.
